5. Local Data Risk & Disclaimers

Because we do not store your boards on our servers:

• We cannot recover whiteboards that are deleted or lost due to clearing browser caches, device formatting, or hardware issues.
• The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.
